What is included in my apartment?

Avalon Corporate Housing furnishes every residence with all the items needed for a comfortable trouble free stay.  We provide everything from furniture to housewares, linens to home electronics. Housekeeping, utilities, phone and cable service or satellite television are also provided.

 

What size apartments do you offer?

In our select locations, Avalon offers a wide selection of one and two bedroom apartments featuring full kitchens and separate living and bedrooms. Based on the location you select, we may also have large three bedroom apartments.

The size of our floorplans varies from location to location, but Avalon always offers among the most spacious apartments in all its locations, with much larger living areas than a hotel room.  The sizes of Avalon's floorplans average:

One Bedroom 700-1100 sq. ft. (65 -102 sq. meters)
Two Bedroom 900-1300 sq. ft. (84 -121 sq. meters)
Three Bedroom 1200-1500 sq. ft. (111 - 148 sq. meters)

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Virtually all U.S. locations have a 30-day minimum stay. Shorter stays are available at select locations.

What is included in the cost?

Your rent includes the complete cost of the apartment, including utilities, local telephone and cable television.  Weekly housekeeping service is optional for an additional charge. Additional charges which may be incurred are long distance telephone costs and any special customized furnishings you may request, such as a baby crib.

 

How do I pay?

We include everything on one, simple customized invoice. You can be billed every month and pay via credit card, check/money order or with a cashiers check. We can bill both individuals or can invoice a company directly. Companies with multiple employees staying with Avalon can have their bills consolidated.

Are pets welcome?

Many properties we work with do allow pets, but sometimes there is a weight limit.  Usually an additional pet deposit is required.

 

Are unfurnished apartments available for lease?

In select locations, unfurnished apartments are available for long term leasing.

 

What is the difference between corporate housing and Extended Stay Apartments?

"Corporate Housing" refers to apartment units in residential apartment buildings that have been furnished and offer a wide range of furnishing and service options. Our guests have the comforts of home in a private residential setting, typically with a one month minimum stay. "Extended Stay Apartments" operate more like a hotel, with onsite hospitality staff, a 24 hour front desk, daily maid service, and accommodations for both daily and long stays.
